1. Open Client DC++ and click on the Public Hubs ( View > Public hubs ) or pressing CTRL+P. toolbar icon (first from left)
2. Go to Configure
3. Paste new address https://dchublist.biz/?do=hublist&get=hublist.xml.bz2 in and click Add ( old client change https to http )
4. Use the dropdown box in the previous window to select between the range of hublists
5. With the Move Up Button Move Hublist to the First Place
6. At the end OK & click button Refresh
